Maria Liliana Mor oversees the implementation of citizen security, governance, and economic opportunity programs in 17 countries of the western hemisphere. In addition, she leads an institutional effort to adapt and include gender and accessibility perspectives to all projects, in which she implements monitoring and evaluation strategies.
Prior to this position, Maria Liliana worked for the Inter-American Development Bank, the Pan-American Health Organization, and the World Bank and in several non-profits, shaping her knowledge and experience in vulnerable communities' development, humanitarian assistance and workforce development.
Maria Liliana, who’s from Colombia, holds a B.A in Governance and Foreign Affairs from Universidad Externado de Colombia and an M.A. in Public Administration and International Development Management from American University. She’s fluent both in English and Spanish.
